"SORRY SOLD" This 1956 OLDSMOBILE 88 2 door hardtop, comes with ONLY " 24,080 ORIGINAL MILES". It was purchased and spent most of its life in Pine Bluff Arkansas.In 2005 this fine car moved to Ellijay Georgia, and in 2006 again moved to my collection in up state New York.We also have documented history of this great car. This is with out a doubt, one the finest originals I've ever come across. From the arrow straight body to the beautiful chrome, and excelent bright and shiney stainless. The interior is in mint condition and comes with the optional white vinyl trim and cloth inserts in the seats. Its powered by a 324ci. V8 with a 2 barrel carburetor, and automatic transmission. It has had a newer very, very well done paint job, as you can see in the pictures. The only new and updated items are the electric windshield wippers, electronic ignition, air conditioning system, dual exhaust, wide whitewall radials, fender skirts, and recondition radiator. This great automobile runs and drives better than new, and best of all, it needs absolutely nothing. This is a fine example of a turn key automobile.
